|Rescue Me ID: 14-11-25-00323Abigail (female)|
Abigail was rescued as a feral kitten when she was found on a school campus with a severe eye infection. My Mother-in-Law adopted her shortly after she was found but the vet was unable to save her eye. She is missing that one eye, but is perfectly healthy and gets around without any problems. She has always lived indoors, however and would need to stay as an indoor cat. She loves people and attention and isn't shy at all. Matter of fact, I'd call her bossy. My Mother-In-Law had to move due to her own health issues, and we have been fostering both cats, however, we have several family dogs who like to chase and kill cats. It's been hard to keep them fully separated and Abigail and Sophie have been attacked twice. They are now living in a small room at the back of the house without much social interaction, and I feel really bad for them. I would really like to find them a loving, happy home before Christmas, together. They are very attached to each other. The re-homing fee includes food, litter, litter box, small carrier, scratching post, and climbing toy. (Less)
